About AHDAA:

• AHDAA is a non-profit making development and charitable organization working exclusively for the welfare, development and the realization of good livelihood among the Afghan poor and vulnerable groups. AHDAA is non-government and non-political or related to such organizations. AHDAA has attracted both national and international resources to develop and rehabilitate the country.

Job Description:

  • Train local women in wool spinning, dyeing, and quality control techniques.
  • Conduct workshops and hands-on demonstrations on traditional and modern wool spinning methods.
  • Provide guidance on improving wool processing efficiency and product quality.
  • Promote sustainable and eco-friendly wool production practices.
  • Collaborate with local artisans, cooperatives, and organizations to expand market opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide necessary support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and ethical labor practices.
  • Maintain records and reports related to training and production activities.

Job Requirements:

Language Skills:                Fluent in Dari and Pashto

Computer Skills:                Proven working knowledge of Windows XP, Auto Cad, Word and Excel, e-mail communication.

Technical Skills:                At least 3 years’ experience in revelant field.

Team work:                        Ability to work in a team, often under stressful conditions, with both International and national staff.

Communication:                Excellent communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto, Having excellent verbal translation skills, Strong negotiation skills.

 

Education:                          Bachelor's or Master's degree in revelant field.

Personal Skills:                 

Ability to work without direct supervision.
Ability to work efficiently in situations where tasks and circumstances change and to be flexible and adaptable both in terms working hours and environment.

Cultural Skills:                   Ability to work with persons from differing countries and cultural backgrounds.

Personal Attributes:           Politeness, Pleasant and Friendly disposition, Attention to detail, Initiative, Punctuality, Honesty, Diligence.
