Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online visibility, executing effective ad campaigns, and strengthening our digital presence across various platforms. If you are passionate about SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and social media marketing, we would love to hear from you!  

This is a long-term, full-time on-site role.

Specific Responsibilities:

• SEO & Website Optimization – Optimize website content, improve rankings, and drive organic traffic.

• Google Ads Management – Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Meta (Facebook) Ads – Set up and run high-converting Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

• Social Media Marketing – Develop and execute marketing strategies on social platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement.

• Keyword Research & Content Strategy – Identify high-performing keywords and optimize content for SEO and ads.

• Technical SEO – Fix website issues, improve speed, mobile-friendliness, and implement schema markup.

• Competitor & Market Analysis – Monitor competitors, identify trends, and adjust strategies for better performance.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track and improve campaigns.

Job Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and paid ad strategies.

• Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Proven ability to increase website traffic and improve ad conversions.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ecommerce marketing.

• Knowledge of Google My Business (GMB) optimization.

• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization
